Yes: 2 properties, 3 team accounts and unlimited owners, with the owner portal, the guidebook and police forms included. Every new account also starts with 30 days of Pro. After that, nothing is blocked: the account simply moves to Free.
Pro is always paid in advance. Monthly costs 150 MAD per active property and you can stop at the end of any month. Yearly costs 120 MAD per active property per month, paid once for 12 months. If you stop, your account moves to Free: nothing is deleted and you owe nothing.
Not yet. Today BNB Suite™ syncs your Airbnb, Booking and Moroccan calendars both ways (iCal) and completes each stay from your confirmation emails. A real-time channel manager, Connect, is coming to Pro.
It translates and completes your guidebook on every plan. The guest assistant gives 50 AI answers a month on Free and 150 per active property on Pro; beyond that it searches your guidebook without AI. The assistant that answers with your figures is part of Pro and the trial.
No. The field team sees its tasks, checks, keys and inventory, never an amount. The rule is enforced in the database itself.
From the month's stays, platform fees, cleaning, your commission (on gross, net or excluding cleaning, at each owner's rate) and the costs you advanced. Every line can be checked, on screen, in the email and in the owner's portal.
Guests fill in their form online before they arrive. You print it in French and Arabic, export the register in STDN order or copy it field by field, then mark it declared. STDN has no API, so the declaration itself stays with you.
Each property has its own page with photos and availability. Guests request their dates and you confirm, with no platform fee. The exported calendar blocks those dates on Airbnb and Booking.
