BNB Suite™ does not use cookies for advertising or analytics, and our website uses no cookies at all. The app only stores what it needs to keep you signed in and remember your settings. That's why you won't see a cookie banner.

Cookies and similar technologies
A cookie is a small file a website saves in your browser. "Local storage" and "session storage" do the same job in a different place in your browser. This policy covers all of them. We call them "storage" below.
Storage is strictly necessary when a service can't work without it, like staying signed in. Under EU rules (in Spain, article 22 of the LSSI) and the guidance of the Moroccan CNDP, strictly necessary storage doesn't need your consent, but you must be told about it. Anything else (analytics, advertising, social media trackers) needs your consent first. We use none of those.
On mybnbsuite.com
- No cookies and no storage. The website doesn't save anything in your browser.
- No analytics and no trackers. Fonts, images and scripts are served from our own server, not from third-party networks.
- When you send the affiliate form, your answers go to our server once; nothing is stored in your browser.
- Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser, page, time) to deliver the site and protect it. See our privacy policy.
In the app (app.mybnbsuite.com)
The app, including agency addresses such as your-agency.mybnbsuite.com and the pages guests open (guidebook, guest portal, police form, booking page), uses only the storage below. All of it is strictly necessary or a setting you chose.

Third parties
- Sign in with Google: if you choose it, you are sent to Google, which may use its own cookies on its own website under the Google cookie policy.
- Passport reading: when a guest taps "scan passport", the open-source reading engine is downloaded from jsDelivr. It sets no cookies; the photo stays on the phone.
- Links to WhatsApp, Telegram, Google Maps, Airbnb, Booking.com or STDN open those services, which apply their own cookie policies. We don't embed them in our pages.
Features coming soon
These features are not live yet. When they launch, they may add the storage below. We will update this policy first and, if anything needs your consent, ask for it before storing anything.
- Online subscription payments: a payment provider such as Stripe may set cookies on its checkout page to process the payment and prevent fraud (strictly necessary).
- iPhone and Android apps: the apps don't use browser cookies. They keep your session on the device and, if you allow notifications, a device token from Apple or Google to deliver them.
- Agency website from a template (Pro): the same essential-only approach. If an agency wants analytics on its own website, it will only run after the visitor accepts it in a consent banner.
- Audience measurement: if we ever measure visits to mybnbsuite.com, we will prefer a tool that sets no cookies. If a tool needs consent, a banner will ask you first, and saying no will be as easy as saying yes.
How to control storage
You can see and delete cookies and site data in your browser settings (usually under Privacy, then "Cookies and site data"). If you clear the app's storage you will be signed out and your language and display settings will reset. Private browsing windows delete everything when you close them.
